Medical diagnosis and analysis of 260 patients with acute abdominal pain in emergency department
[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical diagnosis of acute abdominal pain in emergency department of medicine, and to explore effective diagnostic methods. Methods The clinical data of 260 patients with acute abdominal pain treated in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2007 to June 2012 were selected. All patients were asked to diagnose, understand the patient's condition and medical history, physical examination, cooperate with laboratory and other auxiliary an examination. Results After diagnosis, 127 cases of acute gastroenteritis, 58 cases of peptic ulcer, 49 cases of bacterial dysentery, 10 cases of myocardial infarction, 6 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis, 5 cases of uremia, and ischemic colon were confirmed after diagnosis. There was 1 case of inflammation, 3 cases of gastric cancer and 1 case of liver cancer. There were 5 cases of misdiagnosis in this group, the accurate diagnosis rate was 98.3%, and the misdiagnosis rate was 1.9%. Conclusion The diagnosis of patients with acute abdominal pain should be supplemented by inquiries, physical examinations, laboratory tests and other auxiliary diagnosis. Comprehensive diagnosis should be taken to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.

Acute abdominal pain is a common and frequently-occurring disease in emergency medicine. It has the characteristics of rapid onset, rapid progress, and severe illness. Due to the complex disease factors, it can involve multiple departments such as general surgery, internal medicine, and chest surgery. Sometimes the same disease is at different stages or the same disease. Occurring in different basic conditions can also lead to different clinical manifestations in patients . Based on the literature, our hospital diagnoses 260 patients with acute abdominal pain in the emergency department of internal medicine in our hospital, and discusses the clinical diagnosis of acute abdominal pain in the emergency department of internal medicine, which aims to provide a reference for the clinic. 1 Materials and methods
1.1 General data selection The clinical data of 260 patients with acute abdominal pain treated in our emergency department from June 2007 to June 2012. Among them, 151 were male and 109 were female.
